All Your Questions, Answered In One Place
What if I don't have insurance coverage?
For patients that don't have insurance coverage we offer discounted self-pay rate. These rates can vary depending on the type of appointment, the provider you are seeing, and how complex the nature of the appointment is. Please contact our office for more details.
What is your cancelation policy?
We ask that you contact our office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps other patients that may need to be seen urgently. We do implement a strict $25 Fee for any appointments that are cancelled without 24 hour notice.
Do you take walk-ins?
We do our best to accommodate walk-ins, however it is preferred that you call our office for availability. If you are experiencing a serious or life threatening emergency you should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency center.
What is your new patient procedure for the Internal Medicine doctor?
All new patients must complete the new patient packet and have their ID along with insurance cards at the time of the visit. Please bring a list of current medication, medical history information, and any relevant medical documents with you at the time of your visit.
What is your new patient procedure for the Psychiatrist?
Our psychiatrist prefers a referral from your previous providers or therapist/counselor and medical records prior to your first appointment.
Does your office do x-rays or draw blood?
Our office does not perform x-rays or draw blood. Our providers can order these services to be completed at an imaging facility or laboratory of your choice. The doctor will review these results with you at your follow-up visit.
